RULES

THE ITALIAN DOCTORS SKI TEAM ORGANIZES
THE 2^nd EUROPEAN SKI CHAMPIONSHIP FOR DOCTORS
COMBINED WITH THE 33^rd ITALIAN CHAMPIONSHIP CUP “BRUNO CONFORTOLA”

CATEGORIES: MEDICAL DOCTORS-ODONTOLOGISTS, ACCORDING TO THE MASTER-FIS RULES

REGISTRATIONS: MUST BE DONE BY 6,00 p.m. on FEBRUARY 7^TH 2019 to [email protected], clearly stating name, surname, date of birth, place of origin, medical specialization and races you wish to participate in.

Registration fee is 30 euro per 3 races, 15 euro per each race

DRAW: a draw will be carried out at the race office(Hotel Villa Margherita, Pera di Fassa) on February 7^th 2019 at 6.00 p.m.

Public notices and start order will be shown at the race office. Race numbers will be distributed with the race-pack at the same office, starting from 9.15 p.m. and then on February 8^th 2019 at 8.30 a.m. at Rifugio Valbona (middle station of LUSIA – MOENA’s cableways).

RACE NUMBERS DELIVERY: Numbers given out will have validity throughout all races and must be given back at the end of the last race.

RANKING: in both the female and male categories, the top three ranked athletes will be rewarded. Moreover, the first three NATIONAL TEAMS will also be rewarded. Please note that there will be a separate ranking for European and Italian championships and a different ranking for relatives.

MODIFICATIONS: If necessary, for a better outcome of the event, the Organization has the power to modify the program.

RESPONSABILITY: the Organization declines any responsability for accidents or damages to participants or third parties, before, during and after the event.

HELMET: The use of helmets for each race is mandatory.

Ranking for Countries: the same score calculation used in FIS WORLD CUP will be applied for all athletes.

IL 2° CAMPIONATO EUROPEO DI SCI PER MEDICI

ABBINATO AL 33° CAMPIONATO ITALIANO TROFEO “BRUNO CONFORTOLA”

CATEGORIE: MEDICI-ODONTOIATRI, SECONDO REGOLAMENTO MASTER-FIS

ISCRIZIONI : DEVONO PERVENIRE ENTRO LE ORE 18 DEL 7 FEBBRAIO A [email protected] indicando nome, cognome, anno di nascita, città di provenienza e specializzazione medica e le gare cui si desidera partecipare. La quota di iscrizione è fissata in 30 euro per 3 gare, 15 euro per la gara singola

SORTEGGIO: Il sorteggio verrà effettuato presso l’ufficio gare (hotel Villa Margherita, Pera di Fassa) il giorno 07/02/19 alle ore 18.00

I comunicati e l’ordine di partenza verranno esposti presso l’ufficio gare. I pettorali verranno distribuiti con il pacco-gara presso il medesimo ufficio a partire dalle ore 21.15 e successivamente alle ore 8.30 del 8.2.19 presso il rifugio Valbona alla stazione intermedia degli impianti di risalita del LUSIA; MOENA.

Riconsegna numeri: i pettorali assegnati hanno validità per tutte 3 le gare, vanno riconsegnati al termine dell’ultima gara effettuata.

CLASSIFICHE: verranno premiati i primi tre atleti classificati di ogni categoria femminile e maschile e le prime 3 SQUADRE NAZIONALI. Verranno stilate classifiche distinte per campionato Europeo e Italiano. Sarà stilata anche un’apposita classifica per i famigliari.

MODIFICHE: É facoltà dell’organizzazione apportare al programma tutte le modifiche che si rendessero necessarie per la buona riuscita della manifestazione.

RESPONSABILITA’: L’organizzazione declina ogni responsabilità per qualsiasi incidente o danno che si dovesse verificare a concorrenti od a terzi, prima, durante e dopo la manifestazione.

CASCO: è obbligatorio l’uso del casco per tutte le 3 gare.

Classifica per Nazioni: Verrà adottato il calcolo dei punteggi-atleti in uso in COPPA DEL MONDO FIS

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

as per tradition for 33 years, the Board of Directors of the S.I.M.S. – the Italian National Ski team for medical doctors – with this letter presents the agonistic activity related to the next winter season 2018/2019 for the European colleagues.

The principal events are:

The second edition of the European Cup for Doctors and Dentist, this year organized by the SIMS which will take place in Moena ( Italy)  the 8^th and 9^th February 2019.

At the same time there will be The Italian Championship of Skiing for Doctors and Odontologists 2019 “Memorial Bruno Confortola”

The competitions will take place on the Pista/Slope Mediolanum.

The Super G race will be held on Friday 8^th February morning and will start at 10,30 am, while the Special Slalom race will start at 1 pm.

On Saturday 9^th February, the Giant Slalom race will take place in two waves with the start of the first run at 10 am.

Pharmacists and friends, with separate categories, will be able to participate in all these competitions.

For the starting order, the Master FIS categories will be created for both, males and females.

The event will be completed by an “open” competition for all accompanying persons, friends, relatives and sponsors present in Moena.

Registration must be sent by e-mail to our office at the address [email protected] specifying the Year of birth, the telephone number, the city of origin and specialties.

CASA SIMS, the hotel hosting the secretariat, will be at the Hotel Alle Alpi, Strada De Moene nr.67 38035 Moena TN

During the Saturday afternoon, at 6 pm, a scientific session will be organized and shared with foreign colleagues.

The social dinner will take place in the evening, for all the participants and accompanying persons and will be concluded with the award ceremony of the race held in the morning.

The awards ceremony of Saturday morning race will happen at the end of the competition, on the slopes.

The races of February 2019 will have a total cost of € 30. The rate for a single race is € 15.

The brochure of the event will be sent to all the SIMS members and will be published on our website www.skisims.it, while you are kindly asked to post the posters of the event on the bulletin boards of your hospitals and studios.

Also this year, CUTERED SPORT will be at our side during the event and will illustrate a line of products useful throughout an athlete’s sport activity: some functional cosmetics composed by high quality natural raw materials and entirely produced in Italy. Cutured supports and helps athletes in the pre and post-training phases, also intervening on any painful conditions of a traumatic or inflammatory nature of muscles, or joints or skin. A complimentary gift will be offered by the company to all participants.

Cari Colleghi ed Amici ci troviamo per il pranzo e l’Assemblea dei Soci sabato 12 maggio alle ore 11:30 presso il Ristorante “La Plume”, via Risorgimento 1/c Peschiera del Garda (VR) tel. 045-7550584. Sarà una bella occasione per ritrovarci in allegria. Faremo il resoconto delle attività svolte durante l’anno e decideremo la programmazione dell’attività agonistica del prossimo anno.

Informiamo i Soci che il 12 maggio 2018 si terrà a Peschiera l’Assemblea ordinaria dei Soci della Squadra Italiana Medici Sciatori.
A breve forniremo informazioni più dettagliate.
IL DIRETTIVO S.I.M.S.

Informiamo gli atleti che, in vista delle gare ddel Campionato Italiano, venerdì 16 marzo dalle ore 14:00 ci sarà un allenamento di Slalom Speciale sulla Pista Alfa Fisher.

In allegato l’ordine di partenza della prima manche di Slalom, gara valevole per la Coppa Europa per i Medici in corso a Szczyrk, Polonia, che si svolgerà oggi 19 gennaio 2018.

Cari Colleghi e Amici,
com’è tradizione da quasi 32 anni il Consiglio Direttivo della S.I.M.S. – Squadra Italiana Medici Sciatori – presenta con questa lettera l’attività agonistica della prossima stagione invernale 2017/2018 della Squadra Vice-campione del Mondo.
I momenti più importanti sono

• la partecipazione alla Coppa Europa per i Medici (1a edizione) che si svolgerà a Szczyrk, Beskidy Mounyains (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CzFQvob03N4) in Polonia, dal 18 al 21 gennaio 2018;
• l’organizzazione del Campionato Italiano di Sci per Medici e Odontoiatri 2018 “Memorial Bruno Confortola” che si terrà a Moena dal 17 al 18 marzo 2018.

Le gare si svolgeranno, come di consueto, sulla Pista Mediolanum.
La novità di quest’anno è la gara di Slalom veloce.
La gara di Super G sarà effettuata sabato 17 al mattino con partenza alle ore 10:00, mentre la gara di Slalom veloce avrà inizio alle ore 14:00.
Domenica, 18 marzo, si svolgerà la gara di Slalom Gigante in due manches con partenza della prima manche alle ore 10:00.
A tutte queste gare potranno partecipare gli amici Farmacisti con categorie separate e tutti i famigliari.
Per l’ordine di partenza verranno utilizzate le Categorie Master FISI, sia maschili sia femminili. Completerà la manifestazione una gara “open” per accompagnatori, amici, parenti e sponsor presenti a Moena.
Le iscrizioni si dovranno trasmettere, via mail, alla nostra segreteria all’indirizzo [email protected] corredate di anno di nascita, recapito telefonico, città di provenienza e specialità.

La Segreteria SIMS è a disposizione per ricevere le iscrizioni alle gare (entro il 15 marzo) e per tutte le altre informazioni per entrambe le manifestazioni: il numero da contattare è 324 8194326: da contattare dopo il 21 gennaio al rientro dalla Polonia.

CASA SIMS sarà presso l’Hotel Alle Alpi, che ha qualche disponibilità per la prenotazione camere nella dependance.

Sabato sera 18 marzo si svolgerà la cena sociale per tutti i partecipanti e gli accompagnatori, presso il Rifugio Fuciade.
In tale occasione si terrà la premiazione del Super Gigante e dello Slalom, mentre quella del Gigante avverrà sulle piste domenica mattina al termine della gara.

Le gare di marzo avranno il costo di euro 20,00 per una e di euro 30,00 per entrambe.
La brochure della manifestazione verrà inviata a tutti gli aderenti alla SIMS e pubblicata sul nostro sito www.skisims.it, mentre le locandine della manifestazione vi si chiede di affiggerle nelle bacheche dei vostri ospedali.

NON parteciperemo al Campionato del Mondo Medici e Farmacisti che si terrà a Bed Gastein in Austria in marzo in segno di protesta per le vicende di irregolarità accadute a Canazei lo scorso anno.

Quest’anno sarà al nostro fianco durante l’evento la CUTERED SPORT, che ci illustrerà una linea di prodotti utili nel corso di tutta l’attività sportiva di un atleta, cosmetici funzionali con materie prime naturali di alta qualità e interamente prodotte in Italia. Cutured supporta ed aiuta gli atleti nella fase pre e post allenamento gara, intervenendo anche su eventuali stati dolorosi di natura traumatica o infiammatoria di muscoli o articolazioni o pelle. A tutti i presenti sarà poi offerto dalla Ditta un omaggio.

Ricordiamo, altresì, che è disponibile la divisa della Squadra: preghiamo quanti intendano acquistarla di comunicare per tempo le loro misure alla ditta Vitalini inviando una mail direttamente a [email protected].
